Booking software for salons and barbershops

Your chair,

None, ever

The three things that cost a salon money.

Not the products, not the rent. These are the ones nobody puts on an invoice.

The phone during a colour

Every call interrupts the client in your chair. Half of them are asking for a slot you could have given them online, at midnight, without saying a word.

The chair nobody sat in

A no-show is an hour you cannot sell twice. Automatic reminders the day before turn most of them back into clients who actually arrive.

The colour you had to ask about

A client who has to repeat their formula every visit does not feel like a regular. History and preferences per client mean you already know.

One agenda, and everything around it.

Booking is where it starts. Running the salon is what it is actually for.

Booking per service and stylist

Each service has its own duration, so a cut and a balayage never get the same slot. Clients choose the stylist they trust, or let the salon decide.

Staff schedules that hold

Working hours, breaks, days off and holidays per person. The website can only offer a slot that genuinely exists.

Client history and preferences

Past visits, formulas, allergies and notes, saved per client. Any stylist can pick up where the last one left off.

Automatic reminders

Confirmation on booking, a reminder before the appointment. Sent for you, in the client's own language.

Walk-ins and no-shows

Someone walks in, you drop them into the agenda and the rest of the day reflows. No-shows are recorded, so you know who repeats it.

Your brand, your website

The booking page carries your name, your colours and your domain. Clients never see anyone else's platform, and no one takes a cut.

A normal Tuesday

What actually changes
in the salon.

Software is only worth the subscription if the day feels different. This is the part that does.

1
A client books at 23:40

She sees only slots that are really free with the stylist she wants, and gets her confirmation straight away. Nobody had to be awake.

2
You open the agenda at 08:50

The whole day is there, per stylist, with the service and duration already set. You know before the first coffee whether it is a long day.

3
The 14:00 client arrives

Her file opens with the colour from last time and the note about her scalp. She never has to explain it twice, and she notices.

4
Tomorrow's reminders go out

Every client for tomorrow gets a message this evening, automatically. The ones who forgot now remember, or cancel in time for someone else.

What does it cost?

A salon with one chair and a salon with six stylists are not the same job, so there is no single sticker price. Three things decide yours:

How many stylists share the agenda, since each one needs their own schedule, services and login.

Whether you already have a website we can put the booking into, or we build the site as well.

How much history moves over from your old system or your paper book, because we migrate it rather than leaving you with an empty database.

Hosting, SSL, daily backups, updates and support are inside the monthly price. There is no separate hosting bill and no commission per booking, whether you take ten appointments a month or a thousand.

Ask for your price

Questions salons actually ask.

Do I have to change my website?

No. The booking runs on your own domain and can be added to the website you already have. If you would rather start fresh, we build the site as part of the same subscription.

Is there a commission on each booking?

Never. You pay a fixed monthly amount and keep every euro of every appointment. The clients are yours, the data is yours, and nothing is shared with a marketplace.

Can each stylist have their own hours?

Yes. Working hours, breaks, days off and holidays are set per person, and the booking page only offers slots that fit them. A stylist who works Thursday to Saturday will never be booked on a Monday.

What happens to my current client list?

We migrate it. A spreadsheet, an export from your old software or a list we type up together, it comes across during setup so you begin with your real clients and their history, not a blank system.

Does it work in Dutch and French?

Yes. Your booking page, the confirmation emails and the reminders all follow the client's own language, which matters in Belgium more than anywhere.

How long before we are live?

Usually within a week. We set up your services, durations, prices, stylists and branding, then walk your team through it. You are not left to configure anything yourself.

See it with your own services in it.

Open the live demo to click through it yourself, or tell us about your salon and we will set up a version with your services and your team.
