Webshop and configurator for custom print

They configure it.
You just produce it.

Customers choose size, material and finish, watch the price update live, and pay online. The order reaches your workshop with a complete specification, and the shipping label is already waiting.

Days, not months

Where a print shop loses its evening

Not the ink, not the paper. These three eat the hours nobody invoices.

The quote written by email

Fifteen messages to agree on a size and a finish. A configurator settles the same conversation in two minutes, at the customer’s own pace.

The order that arrived incomplete

Missing dimensions, no material, no idea about the finish. A structured order cannot be sent without the answers you actually need.

The afternoon spent on labels

Addresses retyped into a carrier site, one parcel at a time. Labels that generate themselves give you that afternoon back.

From configuration to parcel

Ordering, production detail and shipping are one flow, not three disconnected steps.

Product configurator

Size, material, finish, quantity and options, each with its own effect on the price, updated live while the customer chooses.

Your own online store

Products, photos, prices and delivery terms on your own domain, with your branding rather than a marketplace listing.

Orders with a full specification

Every order arrives with exactly what production needs, so nobody has to call the customer back before starting.

Automatic order emails

Confirmation, production update and dispatch notice go out on their own, in the customer’s language.

Shipping labels generated

The label is created from the order, so parcels leave without anyone retyping an address into a carrier website.

Tracking for the customer

The customer follows the order from confirmation to delivery, which removes most of the where-is-my-order emails.

A normal Thursday

What changes
in the workshop.

Software is only worth the subscription if the day feels different. This is where it does.

1
A customer configures at 22:00

They pick size, material and finish, see the price move as they go, and pay online without a single email.

2
The order lands ready to make

Full specification, quantity, deadline and artwork attached. Production can start without a clarification call.

3
The label prints itself

Address and parcel details come from the order, so packing is packing rather than data entry.

4
The customer follows along

Confirmation, dispatch and tracking are sent automatically, and your inbox stays quiet.

What does it cost?

A shop with six products and one with two hundred variants are not the same job, so there is no single sticker price. Three things decide yours:

How complex the configurator is, since every option, material and price rule has to be modelled once and tested.

How many products you sell online, because photos, descriptions and delivery rules are set up per product.

Which carrier you ship with, as each shipping account has to be connected and tested before the first label.

Hosting, SSL, daily backups, updates and support are inside the monthly price. There is no separate hosting bill and no commission per order, whether you ship twenty parcels a month or two hundred.

Ask for your price

Questions print shops actually ask

Can the configurator handle my price rules?

Yes. Price by surface, by quantity break, by material, by finish and by option is all supported, so the online price matches what you would have quoted by hand.

Can customers upload their artwork?

Yes. Files are attached to the order and reach production with the specification, so nothing is chased over email afterwards.

Which carriers can you connect?

The common Belgian and European ones. Labels are generated from the order and tracking is passed back to the customer automatically.

What about VAT and business customers?

Belgian VAT is applied correctly, business customers can enter a VAT number, and invoices are produced from the same order.

Do I need a separate website?

No. The store can live on your existing site, or we build the site around it as part of the same subscription.

How long before we are live?

Usually one to two weeks, mostly depending on how complex the configurator is. We model your products and price rules with you and test them before launch.

See it with your own products in it

Open the live demo to configure a product yourself, or send us your price list and we will set up a version with your materials and your options.
