Where a coach line leaves money on the road
Not the diesel, not the tolls. These three empty seats that were already paid for by the trip.
The seat blocked for the whole route
Somebody rides two hours and the seat stays sold for the other twelve. Booking per segment sells that same seat three times on one journey without anybody standing.
The price argued at the door
Fares kept in someone’s head, different for a regular than for a stranger, and never quite the same twice. A price list per stop pair settles it before anybody boards.
The parcel nobody can find
A box handed over at a service station with a phone number on tape. When the sender calls, nobody knows where it is. A tracked parcel answers that without a phone call.
The line, the seats and the hold in one system
Selling a journey, filling a coach and carrying parcels are the same trip, so they belong in the same software.
Lines with real stops and times
Build the route once with every stop, its arrival time and its own price, and the same line runs every week without being retyped.
Availability per segment
A seat sold from Antwerp to Cologne is offered again from Cologne onwards, which is how a long line actually earns its diesel.
Seat map, including double deck
Passengers pick their own place from a real plan of the coach, upstairs and downstairs, so the family sits together and you stop rearranging people at 05:00.
A pricing engine per stop pair
Every combination of get-on and get-off has its own fare, with discounts and return rules, and it is the same figure online, at the counter and for the driver.
Parcels with their own tracking
Freight in the hold gets a number, a sender, a receiver and a status, so the box has a history rather than a memory.
Live position on a map
Passengers and staff see where the coach actually is, which answers the call about the delay before the phone rings.
What changes
on the line.
Software is only worth the subscription if the trip feels different. This is where it does.
Brussels to Cologne, seat 14, paid online. From Cologne on, that seat is offered to the next passenger straight away.
It gets a number, a sender and a receiver, and the person who sent it can follow it instead of calling you at eleven at night.
The driver has the list per stop, who gets on where, who gets off where, and what is in the hold for whom.
They see where the coach is rather than ringing the office, and the office sleeps.
What does it cost?
One weekly line and a network of six routes with parcels are not the same job, so there is no single sticker price. Three things decide yours:
How many lines and stops you run, because every stop pair carries its own price, its own timing and its own availability to keep straight.
Whether you also carry parcels, since freight brings its own numbering, its own statuses and its own paperwork alongside the passengers.
How many coaches and seat plans, because a double decker and a fifty seater need their own maps before passengers can choose a place.
Hosting, SSL, daily backups, updates and support are inside the monthly price. There is no separate hosting bill and no commission per ticket, whether you run one departure a week or twenty.
Ask for your priceQuestions operators actually ask
Can one seat be sold to two passengers on the same trip?
Yes, as long as their stretches do not overlap. That is exactly what availability per segment is for, and it is where a long line makes its margin.
Can passengers choose their own seat?
Yes, from a real plan of your coach including the upper deck, so groups and families place themselves instead of being sorted at the door.
How are prices set?
Per pair of stops, with your own discounts and return rules, so the fare is the same online, at the counter and in the driver’s list.
Can we sell tickets at a counter as well as online?
Yes. Counter sales and online sales draw on the same availability, so the two never sell the same seat for the same stretch.
Does parcel tracking work for the sender?
Yes. Each parcel has its own number and status the sender can follow, which removes most of the calls that only asked where it is.
How long before we are live?
Usually within two weeks. We set up your lines, stops, coaches, seat plans and fares, then run a full test departure before you sell.
See it with your own line in it
Send us one of your routes with its stops and fares and we will set up a version you can book on, so you judge it on your own line rather than on a demo.
