Do drivers need a special device?
No. Drivers work from a browser on their own phone, so there is no hardware to buy and nothing to install or update.
What about rides booked by phone?
They are entered on the same dispatch board, so the day is complete rather than split between a screen and a notebook.
Can clients pay in advance?
Yes, or in the car, or both. You decide per ride type, so an airport transfer can be prepaid while a city ride is settled with the driver.
Does it handle fixed airport transfers?
Yes. Fixed prices per destination are part of the tariff model, so the client sees the same number you would have quoted on the phone.
How long before we are live?
