Where a practice loses time it never bills

Not the materials, not the lab. These three take an hour a day and nobody notices.

The file nobody can find fast

History in one place, radiographs in another, the treatment plan in a drawer. A chairside decision should not wait for paperwork.

The recall that never went out

A patient who should return in six months only returns if somebody remembers. Automatic recalls turn that into a system instead of a good intention.

The plan explained three times

A treatment plan written on paper is renegotiated at every visit. Signed on screen, with the estimate attached, it stops being a discussion.

Chair, chart and calendar in one system

Clinical and administrative sides share the same patient file. Nothing is entered twice.

Interactive tooth chart

A full odontogram in FDI notation. Click a tooth, see its history, record what you did, and the file updates as you work.

Complete patient records

History, documents, images, notes and consents in one file, with access per role and hosting inside Europe.

Treatment plans with e-signature

Build the plan, attach the estimate, have the patient sign it on screen, and invoice per visit as the work is done.

Appointments and recalls

A calendar per practitioner and per chair, with automatic reminders before the visit and recalls when the next check-up is due.

Online booking for new patients

New patients book their first appointment straight from your website, at the times you actually have free.

Patient portal

Patients see their appointments, plans and documents in their own portal, which is far fewer phone calls for reception.

A normal Wednesday

What changes
at the chair.

Software is only worth the subscription if the day feels different. This is where it does.

1
The patient sits down

Their file opens with the tooth chart, the last radiograph and the note from the previous visit. You are not reading paper while they wait.

2
You record as you work

What you treat is clicked on the chart itself, so the record is finished when the appointment is, not at seven in the evening.

3
The plan is signed on screen

Estimate attached, signature captured, copy emailed. The patient leaves knowing exactly what comes next and what it costs.

4
The recall schedules itself

Six months later the reminder goes out without anyone remembering, and the chair that would have been empty is booked.

What does it cost?

A single-chair practice and a four-practitioner clinic are not the same job, so there is no single sticker price. Three things decide yours:

How many practitioners and chairs work in parallel, since calendars, records and invoicing all scale with them.

Whether patients book online, because a public booking page needs your services, durations and availability configured properly.

How much history moves over, from your old system, because we migrate patients, appointments and treatment history rather than leaving you with an empty database.

Hosting, SSL, daily backups, updates and support are inside the monthly price. There is no separate hosting bill and no fee per patient, whether you see thirty a week or three hundred.

Questions dentists actually ask

Is patient data GDPR compliant?

Yes. Records are hosted in Europe, access is granted per role, consents are recorded with the file, and a patient can request everything you hold on them.

Which tooth notation does the chart use?

FDI, the notation used across Belgium and most of Europe. The chart is interactive, so you record on the tooth itself rather than typing a description.

Can patients sign treatment plans electronically?

Yes. The plan and its estimate are signed on screen at the chair or from the patient portal at home, and both of you keep the signed copy.

Do recalls really go out on their own?

Yes. You set the interval per patient or per treatment, and the reminder is sent automatically at the right time, in the patient’s own language.

What happens to our current patient files?

We migrate them. Patients, appointments, treatment history and documents come across during setup so you go live with your real practice, not an empty system.

How long before we are live?

Usually one to two weeks. We configure practitioners, chairs, services, prices and branding, migrate your data and train the team before you switch over.

See it with your own practice in it
