Table reservations for restaurants

The phone stops.
The room fills.

Guests book a table on your own website, capacity and service hours stop overbooking before it happens, and tonight’s room plan is always current. Nobody writes a name in a book while a guest waits at the door.

What the reservation book really costs

Three small things that decide whether a service runs smoothly or not.

The phone during service

Every call takes someone off the floor at the exact moment the room is busiest. A booking page answers instead, and never at a bad time.

The table promised twice

Two people writing in the same book, or the same guest booking twice by accident. Capacity rules and duplicate detection remove both.

The note that never reached the kitchen

An allergy or a birthday mentioned on the phone and forgotten by service. Guest notes travel with the reservation instead.

A reservation system that knows your room

Not a form that emails you. Rules that reflect how many covers you can actually serve.

Reservations from your website

Guests choose a date, a time and a party size on your own domain, and get a polished confirmation immediately.

Service hours and capacity rules

Sittings, kitchen hours and maximum covers per slot are yours to set, and the page can only offer what you can serve.

Duplicate booking protection

The same guest booking the same evening twice is caught before it becomes an empty table you counted as full.

Guest notes and preferences

Allergies, celebrations, seating preferences and history are attached to the guest and visible to the team before they arrive.

Menu pages and daily specials

Your menu lives on the same site as the booking, so a guest reading the specials is one click from a table.

Automatic confirmations

Confirmation on booking and a reminder before the evening, sent in the guest’s own language without anyone typing.

A normal Friday

What changes
before service.

Software is only worth the subscription if the evening feels different. This is where it does.

1
A guest books at 18:20

They see only sittings that still have covers, pick four people at half past eight, and get their confirmation before you notice.

2
The room plan updates

Covers are counted against the rules you set, so the slot that would have been overbooked simply stops being offered.

3
The team reads the notes

Allergies, a birthday, a regular who always wants the corner table. All of it visible before the door opens.

4
The reminder goes out

The afternoon before, every table for tonight is reminded, which is most of what a no-show ever needed.

What does it cost?

A bistro with thirty covers and a brasserie with three sittings a night are not the same job, so there is no single sticker price. Three things decide yours:

How many covers and sittings you run, since the capacity rules have to match the way your kitchen actually works.

Whether the menu lives there too, because menu pages, specials and photos are set up as part of the same site.

Whether it goes on an existing site or we build the website around it as part of the same subscription.

Hosting, SSL, daily backups, updates and support are inside the monthly price. There is no separate hosting bill and no commission per cover, whether you seat forty guests a week or four hundred.

Questions restaurants actually ask

Can I stop bookings when the kitchen is full?

Yes. Maximum covers per slot, per sitting and per evening are yours to set, and the page stops offering a time the moment it is full.

Do I still get the phone bookings in the same place?

Yes. Reservations taken by phone are entered in the same system, so the room plan is complete rather than split between a screen and a book.

Can guests cancel themselves?

Yes, within the notice period you choose. A cancelled table reopens on the site immediately, so somebody else can still take it.

What about large groups?

You can set a party size above which a booking becomes a request rather than an instant confirmation, so a table of fourteen is always checked by a human.

Does it work in Dutch and French?

Yes. The booking page, the confirmation and the reminder follow the guest’s own language, which in Belgium matters more than anywhere.

How long before we are live?

Usually within a week. We configure your sittings, capacity, menu and branding, connect it to your site and train the floor team.
