Repair, RMA and service desk software

Every device.
Every status.

Intake with a signed condition report, a ticket number the customer can follow, parts and labour on the same job, and an invoice that writes itself when the repair is done. Nobody has to ring the shop to ask if it is ready.

Where a repair shop loses its afternoon

Not the parts, not the rent. These three interrupt the bench all day long.

The is-it-ready phone call

The same question, twenty times a day, always while your hands are inside a machine. A status page the customer can check answers it without you.

The device nobody can date

A repair that has been on the shelf for three weeks because nothing tracked it. Every job with a status and an age makes the forgotten ones visible.

The scratch that was already there

A dispute about damage with no record from intake. A signed condition report at drop-off ends that argument before it starts.

From intake to invoice, one job file

The bench, the counter and the customer look at the same repair.

Intake with condition report

Device, fault, accessories and visible damage recorded at drop-off and signed by the customer, so both sides agree on the starting point.

Ticket number and status page

The customer gets a reference and can check progress themselves, which removes most of the calls that only asked that.

Parts and labour on the job

What you fitted and how long it took stay attached to the repair, so the invoice is built from what happened rather than from memory.

RMA and warranty tracking

Devices sent back to a supplier keep their own status and dates, so a warranty case does not disappear into somebody’s inbox.

Quotes before the work

A repair over your threshold becomes a quote the customer approves, so nothing expensive is done on an assumption.

Invoice when the job closes

Closing the repair produces the invoice with parts, labour and VAT already correct, and the customer is notified it is ready.

A normal Tuesday

What changes
at the bench.

Software is only worth the subscription if the day feels different. This is where it does.

1
A laptop comes in at 09:30

Fault, accessories and existing scratches recorded and signed in two minutes. The customer leaves with a ticket number.

2
The quote goes out at 11:00

Diagnosis done, parts priced, quote sent. The customer approves from their phone and the job moves to in progress.

3
Nobody calls to ask

The status page says awaiting parts, then in repair, then ready. The phone stays quiet and the bench stays busy.

4
The invoice writes itself

Closing the job produces the invoice from the parts and hours already recorded, and the ready-for-pickup message goes out automatically.

What does it cost?

A one-bench shop and a workshop with four technicians are not the same job, so there is no single sticker price. Three things decide yours:

How many technicians work on jobs at once, since each needs their own access and their own hours on the repair.

Whether you handle RMA and warranty, because supplier returns add their own statuses, deadlines and paperwork.

How much history moves over, from your old system or your job book, because we migrate customers, devices and open repairs rather than leaving you with an empty database.

Hosting, SSL, daily backups, updates and support are inside the monthly price. There is no separate hosting bill and no fee per repair, whether you take in twenty devices a month or two hundred.

Questions repair shops actually ask

Can the customer really follow the repair?

Yes. They get a reference at intake and a page showing the current status. Most shops see the is-it-ready calls drop away within a fortnight.

Does the condition report hold up in a dispute?

It is recorded and signed by the customer at drop-off, with the damage noted before you touched anything. That is normally the end of the discussion.

Can I quote before doing the work?

Yes, and you can set a threshold above which a quote is required. The customer approves from their phone before the expensive part is ordered.

Does it track parts stock?

Parts used are recorded against the job and come off stock, so what you fitted, what you have and what you invoiced stay the same number.

What about devices sent back to the supplier?

RMA cases have their own status and dates, so a device with the supplier is visible rather than assumed lost.

How long before we are live?

Usually within a week. We configure your services, rates, condition checklist and branding, migrate your open jobs and train the bench.
