Days, not months

Three things that cost a rental company money

Not the fuel, not the insurance. These are the ones that never reach the books.

The damage nobody can prove

A scratch that was there before, and a client who says it was not. Photos taken at hand-over and at return turn that conversation into a two-minute check.

The car that sat still all week

An idle vehicle costs the same as a rented one. When availability is visible online, the quiet days are the ones you can still sell.

The contract typed out by hand

Every rental retyped into a Word file is fifteen minutes gone and a mistake waiting. The contract should build itself from the booking.

Everything from enquiry to return

One fleet, one calendar, one file per rental. Nothing lives in a separate spreadsheet.

Fleet and availability at a glance

Every vehicle, every day, in one view. You see what is out, what is due back and what is free to sell right now.

Online reservations with real prices

Clients choose dates and options and see the exact total, including season, duration and extras, before they confirm.

Dynamic pricing per season

Rates by vehicle, by season, by rental length and by extras, set once and applied everywhere, including on your website.

Digital contracts on the spot

The rental agreement is generated from the booking and signed on a tablet or phone. No retyping, no printer, no lost paperwork.

Photo check-in and check-out

Condition photos are attached to the rental at hand-over and at return, so damage disputes are settled with evidence instead of memory.

Reminders by SMS and message

Confirmations, pick-up reminders and return reminders go out automatically, which is most of what a no-show ever needed.

A normal Friday

What changes
at the counter.

Software is only worth the subscription if the day feels different. This is where it does.

1
A client books at 23:30

They see only the vehicles that are genuinely free for their dates, get the exact price with extras, and pay or reserve online.

2
Pick-up takes five minutes

The contract is already filled in. You photograph the car, the client signs on the screen, and both of you have the file immediately.

3
The fleet board stays honest

The vehicle is marked out, availability closes on the website, and nobody can promise the same car to two people.

4
Return settles itself

New photos next to the old ones, fuel and mileage recorded, invoice generated. Any damage is visible rather than debatable.

What does it cost?

A fleet of four cars and a fleet of sixty are not the same job, so there is no single sticker price. Three things decide yours:

How many vehicles you rent out, since the calendar, the rates and the contracts all scale with the fleet.

Whether you take payment online, because card payments need a payment provider connected and tested before you go live.

How much history moves over, from your old system or your spreadsheets, because we migrate vehicles, clients and future bookings rather than leaving you with an empty database.

Hosting, SSL, daily backups, updates and support are inside the monthly price. There is no separate hosting bill and no commission per rental, whether you rent out five cars a month or five hundred days.

Ask for your price

Questions rental companies actually ask

Can clients pay online?

Yes. You can take the full amount, a deposit or nothing at all and settle at the counter. The choice is per vehicle and per rental type, not one rule for everything.

Is the digital contract legally usable?

Yes. The client signs on screen, the signature and timestamp are stored with the contract, and both parties receive the same signed document by email.

How do the condition photos work?

You take them on a phone or tablet during hand-over and again at return. They stay attached to that specific rental, so a dispute three weeks later still has evidence.

Can I set different prices per season?

Yes. Rates per vehicle, per season, per rental duration and per extra are yours to configure, and the website always shows the same price your office would quote.

What happens to my current bookings?

We migrate them. Vehicles, clients, rates and future reservations come across during setup so you go live with a working calendar, not an empty one.

How long before we are live?

Usually within a week. We configure your fleet, rates, contract template and branding, then train your team before you switch over.
