Three things that quietly cost a hotel money
Not the linen, not the breakfast. These never appear on a supplier invoice.
The commission on every booking
A room sold through a portal pays for the portal first. Every booking that comes through your own site keeps that percentage in the house.
The double booking you find out about late
Two calendars updated by hand will disagree eventually, and the guest who arrives second remembers it for years. Two-way sync removes the possibility.
The folio rebuilt at the desk
Extras, breakfast and city tax added by hand at check-out is where money and patience leak away. Everything should already be on the bill.
The whole property, on one screen
The room board is the heart of it. Everything else hangs off the same data.
Room board with live availability
Every room, every night, in one view. Drag a stay, extend it, move a guest, and the availability on your website follows immediately.
Direct booking on your own site
Guests see real availability and your prices, pay online and get their confirmation without anyone lifting the phone.
Booking.com and Airbnb in sync
Two-way calendar sync means a portal booking blocks the room here, and a direct booking blocks it there. No more closing dates by hand.
Housekeeping that knows the day
Departures, stayovers and arrivals turn into a cleaning list automatically, and room status updates as the team works through it.
Folio, extras and city tax
Breakfast, parking, minibar and the municipal tax land on the folio as they happen, so check-out is a signature and not a calculation.
Reviews and returning guests
After the stay the guest is invited to review, and loyalty points give them a reason to book directly next time instead of through a portal.
What changes
at the front desk.
Software is only worth the subscription if the day feels different. This is where it does.
Availability and price come straight from the board, payment is taken, and the confirmation goes out in the guest's own language. Nobody had to be awake.
The room closes on Booking.com and Airbnb at the same moment. The double booking that used to happen twice a season simply cannot.
Checkout rooms appear on the cleaning list by themselves, and the status flips to ready as each room is finished.
Extras and city tax are already on the folio. You print or email the invoice and the guest is out of the door.
What does it cost?
A six-room guest house and a forty-room hotel are not the same job, so there is no single sticker price. Three things decide yours:
How many rooms you manage, since the board, the rates and the housekeeping lists all scale with them.
Which channels you sell through, because each portal connection has to be set up and tested against your real calendar.
How much history moves over, from your old system or your spreadsheets, because we migrate guests, rates and future bookings rather than leaving you with an empty database.
Hosting, SSL, daily backups, updates and support are inside the monthly price. There is no separate hosting bill and no commission per booking, whether you sell ten nights a month or a thousand.
Ask for your priceQuestions hoteliers actually ask
Does it replace Booking.com?
No, it works alongside it. The point is that guests who would book directly no longer have to go through a portal to see your availability, and the portal calendar stays correct without manual work.
Will double bookings really stop?
Yes, because the calendar sync is two-way and runs continuously. A room sold anywhere closes everywhere, so the same night cannot be sold twice.
Can I keep my own rates and seasons?
Yes. Rates per season, per room type, per length of stay and per channel are yours to set, and the website and the portals all read the same prices.
What about the city tax?
It is calculated per guest per night according to your municipality and appears on the folio automatically, so check-out never depends on anyone remembering it.
What happens to my existing bookings?
We migrate them. Future reservations, guest details and rates come across during setup so you go live with a full calendar, not an empty one.
How long before we are live?
Usually one to two weeks, depending on how many channels have to be connected. We configure rooms, rates, taxes and branding, then train your team before you switch over.
