Ticketing and venue software for organisers

Sell the seat once.
Scan it at the door.

Tickets are paid for online before they exist, held for the few minutes somebody needs to finish paying, and checked at the entrance with a phone. No double-sold seats, no printed list at the door, no envelope of cash to reconcile on Monday.

Where an event goes wrong before it starts

Not the programme, not the room. These three ruin more evenings than anything on the stage.

The seat sold twice

Two people paid for the same place because the count only updated after payment. A ticket that reserves its spot the moment somebody starts paying makes that impossible.

The reservation nobody paid

Places held for a booking that was never completed, blocking real buyers all week. A hold that expires by itself puts the seat back on sale without you chasing it.

The queue at the door

A printed list, a torch and a volunteer looking for names while a hundred people wait outside in the cold. A scan takes a second and knows if the ticket has already been used.

From the first ticket to the last scan

Selling, seating, paying and checking in are one system, so the numbers agree from the announcement to the door.

Online ticket sales that take real money

The buyer pays through a proper payment flow and the ticket is only created once the payment is genuinely confirmed, so what you have sold and what you have been paid are the same figure.

Capacity that cannot be oversold

Places are locked while a purchase is in progress and released automatically if it is abandoned, which is what keeps a busy on-sale from turning into refunds.

QR tickets and door scanning

Every ticket carries its own code, and the door app shows valid, already used or not for this event in one glance, including re-entry if your event allows it.

Multiple ticket types and prices

Early bird, member, student, group or door price live side by side, each with its own quantity, its own window and its own rules.

A visitor account for their tickets

Buyers keep their tickets in their own portal and can open them again on the night, which removes most of the where is my ticket mail before it is sent.

Attendance and revenue in one view

Sold, scanned, still outstanding and taken per ticket type, so you know at 20:15 whether the room is actually full or just sold.

A normal event night

What changes
at the door.

Software is only worth the subscription if the evening feels different. This is where it does.

1
The on-sale opens at 10:00

Places are held the moment a buyer starts paying, so the first busy fifteen minutes do not produce a single double sale.

2
An abandoned basket clears itself

Somebody stopped halfway. The hold expires and the seats go back on sale without anybody noticing they were ever gone.

3
Doors open at 19:30

Two people with phones scan the queue. Valid, used, wrong night — each answer takes a second, and the queue keeps moving.

4
The room is counted at 20:15

Scanned against sold, per ticket type, so you know exactly who is inside rather than guessing from the takings.

What does it cost?

A monthly concert night and a venue with four rooms and a festival in July are not the same job, so there is no single sticker price. Three things decide yours:

How many events you run, because a season of dates needs recurring set-ups, templates and reporting that a single evening does not.

Whether you sell numbered seats, since a seating plan with rows and blocks is more work to configure than a simple capacity figure.

How you handle payment and the door, from online payment methods to how many scanning devices you need on a busy night.

Hosting, SSL, daily backups, updates and support are inside the monthly price. There is no separate hosting bill and no commission per ticket, whether you sell fifty a month or five thousand.

Ask for your price

Questions organisers actually ask

Can two people end up with the same seat?

No. The place is held from the moment a purchase begins, and the ticket is only issued once payment is confirmed, so the two can never drift apart.

What happens if somebody abandons a purchase?

The hold expires on a timer you set and the places go straight back on sale, so an unfinished basket does not block your capacity all week.

Do you take a fee per ticket?

No. You pay a monthly price for the software and keep the full ticket price, minus only what your own payment provider charges.

How does the door work without internet?

Scanning normally runs over the venue connection, and we set up a fallback for rooms with poor signal so the queue never stops moving.

Can people re-enter during the evening?

Yes, if your event allows it. A ticket can be marked for re-entry so a scan that has already been used is still recognised as valid.

How long before we are live?

Usually within two weeks. We set up your venue, your ticket types, your payment methods and your branding, then test a full sale and scan before you announce.

See it with your own event in it

Tell us about one evening you are planning and we will set up a version with your room, your ticket types and your prices, so you judge it on your own event.
