Van sales and route software for coffee and HORECA suppliers

What left the van.
What it was worth.

Every van carries stock, and every stop takes some of it. What the driver sold at the café is off the van, on an invoice and in your figures before he reaches the next street, so the round stops being a story told at the end of the week.

Where a delivery round leaks

Not the coffee, not the diesel. These three take the margin out of a business that is otherwise sound.

Nobody knows what is on the van

The driver thinks there are six boxes left, the office thinks nine, and a café gets a promise you cannot keep. Van stock that moves with every sale ends the guessing.

The round planned on a whiteboard

Stops in the order somebody remembered, with two crossings of the same town and a customer visited a week late. A planned route drives fewer kilometres and misses fewer stops.

The delivery note that became an invoice in March

Paper from the van, typed up days later, sometimes twice, sometimes not at all. An invoice made at the stop is money you actually collect.

The round, the van and the customer in one system

Planning a route, selling from the van and billing the café are the same round, so they belong in the same software.

Van stock that is actually live

Each vehicle has its own stock. Load it in the morning, sell from it during the day, and the figure is right before the van is back at the depot.

Route planning you can drag

Build tomorrow’s round by moving stops around a board, with the driver, the day and the order all visible, instead of writing it out again every evening.

Invoicing from the stop

What the driver hands over is priced, signed for and invoiced there and then, with VAT already correct, so nothing is retyped and nothing is forgotten.

A reordering portal for cafés

Your customers order their usual again themselves, at two in the morning if that is when the bar closes, and it lands straight on the right round.

Machines and service visits

The machines you placed at a customer carry their own history of services, parts and complaints, so a call about a broken grinder has a file behind it.

Where the vans are

Positions on a map answer the where is my delivery call before the customer makes it, and show you which round actually ran late.

A normal delivery day

What changes
on the round.

Software is only worth the subscription if the day feels different. This is where it does.

1
The van is loaded at 06:30

What went on board is the van’s stock for the day, so every sale from here comes off a real number instead of a guess.

2
The first café is served at 07:40

Delivered, signed and invoiced at the counter. The office sees it immediately and nothing waits for a paper note.

3
A bar orders at 11:15

They reorder their usual from their own portal and it drops onto tomorrow’s round without a phone call.

4
The round closes at 16:00

Sold, returned and remaining all agree, so the van is reloaded from a figure you can trust rather than a recount.

What does it cost?

One van serving forty cafés and a fleet of six with machine servicing are not the same job, so there is no single sticker price. Three things decide yours:

How many vans and drivers, because each vehicle carries its own stock, its own round and its own daily reconciliation.

Whether you service machines as well, since equipment placed at customers brings its own history, parts and service visits alongside the deliveries.

How your customers order, from a portal for the cafés to standing orders that build the round before anybody rings.

Hosting, SSL, daily backups, updates and support are inside the monthly price. There is no separate hosting bill and no fee per delivery, whether you serve forty customers or four hundred.

Ask for your price

Questions suppliers actually ask

Does the driver need a laptop in the van?

No. A phone or a tablet is enough. Deliveries, signatures and invoices are all handled from the vehicle without extra hardware.

Can we sell straight from the van?

Yes, and that is the point. Van stock, price, signature and invoice all happen at the stop, so the round is settled as it goes.

What if there is no signal at a customer?

Work at the stop is completed on the device and syncs when the connection returns, so a cellar with no bars does not stop the round.

Can customers order themselves?

Yes, through their own portal, including repeating their last order, and it lands on the correct round without a phone call.

Do you handle the machines we place at cafés?

Yes. Each machine keeps its own record of services, parts and complaints at the customer where it stands.

How long before we are live?

Usually within two weeks. We set up your products, your customers, your rounds and your prices, then run one real day alongside your current way of working.

See it with your own round in it

Give us one van, one day and its customers, and we will set up a version that matches it, with your products and your prices, so you judge it on your own round.
