Online configurator and quoting for windows and doors

Quoted while
they watch.

Your client enters dimensions, picks profile, colour, glazing and one of nine opening directions, and watches a real technical drawing update as they go. The finished configuration lands in your back-office as a quote.

Why quoting windows takes so long

Three habits of the trade that cost more than the aluminium.

The measurements taken by phone

Dimensions repeated twice, written down once and misheard somewhere in between. Typed by the client into a form, they arrive exactly as intended.

The quote sent three days later

By the time the price arrives, two competitors have already answered. A price on the spot is worth more than a better price next week.

The drawing everyone imagined differently

A description in words leaves room for two opinions about which way the window opens. A drawing does not.

A configurator built for the trade

Not a contact form with dropdowns. A tool that draws what it prices.

Live technical drawing

The drawing updates as the client configures, showing the real construction rather than a marketing picture.

Nine opening directions

Left, right, tilt, tilt-and-turn and the rest, each drawn correctly, so nobody argues about handedness after production.

Dimensions, materials and glazing

Width, height, profile, colour inside and out, glazing type and options, each feeding both the drawing and the price.

Your price rules applied

Prices by material, by surface, by option and by quantity, set once and applied consistently on every quote.

Quotes into your back-office

The finished configuration arrives as a quote with the full specification attached, ready to check, adjust and confirm.

Works on any device

The client can configure on a laptop at home or on a phone at the site. Nothing to install on either end.

A normal week

What changes
in the office.

Software is only worth the subscription if the week feels different. This is where it does.

1
The client configures at home

Dimensions, profile, colour, glazing and opening direction, with the drawing updating in front of them as they decide.

2
The price follows instantly

Your rules do the arithmetic. The client sees a real number while they are still interested, not three days later.

3
The quote lands with you

Full specification, drawing attached, ready to review. No retyping, no interpretation, no missing dimension.

4
Production gets the same drawing

What the client approved is what the workshop builds, which is where most of the arguments used to start.

What does it cost?

A company with one profile system and one with six are not the same job, so there is no single sticker price. Three things decide yours:

How many profile systems you sell, since each one has its own construction rules and price table to model.

How detailed the options are, because every colour, glazing type and hardware option has to be priced and drawn correctly.

Whether it sits on your website or we build the site around it as part of the same subscription.

Hosting, SSL, daily backups, updates and support are inside the monthly price. There is no separate hosting bill and no commission per quote, whether you quote ten projects a month or a hundred.

Ask for your price

Questions window companies actually ask

Can it use my own profile system?

Yes. We model your systems, their construction rules and their price tables, so what the configurator draws and prices matches what you actually build.

Is the drawing accurate enough for production?

It is a real technical drawing with the correct opening direction and proportions, made to be checked by you before it becomes an order rather than to replace your workshop drawing.

Can I control the prices the client sees?

Completely. Prices come from your rules, and you can also run the configurator without showing prices at all if you prefer to quote after review.

What if a client configures something impossible?

Construction limits are part of the model, so combinations you cannot build are not offered in the first place.

Do clients need an account?

No. They configure and request the quote in one go. You get the enquiry with the full specification and the drawing attached.

How long before we are live?

Usually two to three weeks, because modelling your systems and price rules properly is the bulk of the work. We test it against real quotes you have already made.

See it with your own profiles in it

Send us a recent quote and we will show you the same window configured, drawn and priced in the tool, using your rules.
